Feeling glum because you haven't had a good burger lately? No problem, make some Rich BurgersTM! |
Get some cheap ground beef and form monstrously large burger patties. Use the meat the same day you buy it. |
...and get some burger buns ready too. |
Get the salt, pepper, KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce, and Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce ready. |
Go out and start your Char-Broil Big Easy grille. |
While the grille is heating up, prep the burger patties, first with some salt. |
...then with some pepper. |
...then give each burger a good dose of barbecue sauce. |
...and slather it around evenly. |
The grille should be good and hot now, so go ahead and put them on there. |
Sprinkle on some Worcestershire sauce. |
Make sure to use a low heat, then close the cover. |
Find something else to do for the next 7 minutes or so. |
After 7 minutes, flip 'em over, sprinkle more Worcestershire sauce on the other side, and close the lid again. Set the timer for another 7 minutes. |
With a couple of minutes left, put the buns face down, up on the rack. |
Now's the time to put some American Cheese on anyone's burger who wants cheese, too. Close the lid again. |
When time's up, load up the buns. Don't put the tops on cheeseburgers unless you want to make someone mad. |
Add ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. to taste... |
...and watch everybody perk back up with the first bite. |
Yes, even the most picky eater will be happy. |
